Rotating captaincy in the cricket team

I'm just wondering if it's a good idea to rotate captaincy in the Indian Cricket team - every 1-2 years the post is handed over. While the advantage is that it takes pressure off 1 person and allows him to concentrate on his game and also gives more people chances, the obvious disadvantage is that it would mean frequent changes etc.
What are your thoughts?

not a bad idea . but it should not be very frequent . Rotation is nice but one should be captain for a long time,not like one one match he is a captain and the next match he's not
