There is an article I have just read that this tiny fruit can improve your sleep quality. Professor Jen-Fang of Taipei Medical University conducted studies about this. Two kiwifruits are all you need to get that sound sleep. Moreover the participants in the study also reported waking up less during the night. Hmmm... good for countries especially New Zealand who locally grow this fruits. As for us here in the Philippines who have to shell out $0.35 cents a piece. Just drool.

that may be true, alright, because aside being rich in vitamin c, it promotes good respiration, so i guess without troubled breathing, we can have a peaceful sleep, right?

Right! You know you don't have trouble sleeping when within 5 to 10 minutes in bed you fall asleep. No waking up in the middle of the night but enjoy that peaceful slumber until the morning.

Wow, I didn't know that. I'd much prefer to eat two kiwi to help me sleep than take some sort of pills.

Right. It says that two kiwis one hour before you sleep and it will give you an uninterrupted sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and alert the next day.

Same here. I love its color and the way my tongue plays with the little seeds inside while eating it. I only know that it is loaded with Vitamin C.

It was mentioned that if someone has an overactive central nervous system, it can cause sleeping disorders. The vitamins such as vitamin C as well as calcium, magnesium which can be found in kiwifruits can help you sleep better.
