Digitech vs Boss

What do you think produces better pedals among Digitech and Boss? I know there are some pedals pretty similar... Digitech Hot Head vs Boss DS-1 Digitech Bad Monkey vs Boss SD-1 Digitech Screaming Blues vs Boss Blues Driver Digitech Death Metal vs Boss Metal Zone Did you try and compare these pedals? Can you evaluate them? Thank you.

I'm partial to digitech, although in general I'm not fond of the single pedals. The all in units are awesome and digitech rules the roost going all way back to the 2101 preamps.

Sincerily I prefer single pedals to multifx, but I own only a simple entry-level Digitech RP50

I somehow find the Digitech sound too synthetic. It feels like playing a distortion effect on a synthesizer. I would rather prefer Boss pedals over Digitech, especially the Boss MT-2.

Boss VS Digitech, I gotta hand it to you this is a darn difficult situation here. A Digitech Whammy Pedal Vs the Boss Super Shifter I would choose the digitech Whammy. But a Boss DD-3 Delay compared to a Digetech Delay. I would choose BOSS. It's all but the Guitar players preference. It's not really about whats better or whats not, well that may count on quality or craftsmanship but it all depends on the guitarist really.
