what is good or bad?

friends i have seen people saying this is good or this is bad.but when we see the term good differs from country to country or place to place or community to community.
finally i cant decide what is good?is it something that we think is good or what?

In my opinion, we should always try to do good, which means, try doing things that don't hurt others. But in life this is very difficult to do and I beleive that anything that happens to us, happens to teach us something, bad or good. So my advice is to try and do things so as not to hurt others intentionally,

What I meant about not hurting others is not only physically, but emotionally and phsychologically too. Yes, most people do eat meat, I do too and I just like the taste too much to give it up. I don't agree in mistreating animals, I guess by eating meat I'm contributing to that... We can't do the right thing all the time, but we do the best we can.

As for eating and nourishing our bodies that is not bad, what is bad is if we go out killing animals just to kill. We are to be care takers of all of the animals and the Earth.
It would be bad to cause harm to others, animals or the Earth and Universe.
