I do not specifically hunt them down.. But if I do come across discounted items, I look into them, and hopefully find something worth buying..

I look at everything however only buy the things that I think are worth the amount I am willing to pay. The clearance racks are my preference. However, I do not tend to go to those stores for clothing. I find clothing at the Church Rummage Sales. Also a catalog shopper when I get a good deal and free shipping in most cases. Again Ebay is a source along with Church Rummage Sales is where I get alot of my items. A deal is what I seeks so the money I do have goes farther.

I always look for discounted items. We are a bit short on money, and have been for ahwile. We have to svae on everything possible. We are getting quite good at spotting good bargains.

If I walked pass and the bargins is good, I will consider, I am a target shopper, usually I have a list in my hand and will stick to the list unless the bargin is too good to resist.

depends on mys financial status at that time. after pay day, i wouldn't even bother to have a to buy list. but towards the end of the month, i will only buy discounted items....
