Which is the best &most affordable laptop for a university student in China?

Can u suggest a brand name and its model number, the features available along with the price tag if possible? And why do u think this particular model is most suitable for the university students in china?? we have DUO TECHNOLOGY now. it means --classically a computer was made to work out one step at a time but with duo technology two processors working together synergystically.....the result: much faster processing. Do u think students need this or a slower one is fine as well? Celeron/centrino....and many others which is ur favourite processor???
