how to increase your deadlifts?

Please Help Me. I'm Unable To Increase My Deadlifts Beyond 120 Kg. I Would Like To Recieve Advise On Increasing My Lower Back Power Too!Hoping To Get A Great Reply!

make sure you have adequate rest before lifting so you can have maximum energy. you might also want to try squatting as this also targets the legs. hmmm... may i suggest also to try changing the weights you are lifting. you can decrease the weight and then increase repetitions for a day and then go heavy with low reps for another session. you have to keep your body adjusting to different levels of stress so that it can improve.

Where are you failing at? What part of the lift can you not get past? My grip is my weakest point, so I use straps. I go for 6 reps and use 3 sets, so when I hit the 3rd set, there are times when I can't even get the weight off the ground. Try partial reps using a power rack and have the bar on the pins in your strongest range; should be able to help you.

Well the first thing you can do is learn to train and eat correctly. If you have a hard time with 120kg something is a miss. I can deadlift around 250kg and I do not deadlift regularly. Read this article.....http://www.arthurshall.com/x_2006_bodybuilding_201.shtml
