Yeah i have some u can say lot of it in my ex job till my current job i have been back stabbed very much cause i am a very quit person and by nature also and i am trying to come out of it by fighting back now and i am winning day by day and i feel good about it have no regrets about it man what a world are we leading our life in.

I do not think it is a norm here where I live but I am sure that it definitely does happen in other companies and other places. People will try to do anything to get promoted or get a raise, which is ashame. Seems like people are willing to hurt others to gain advantage for themselves. Fortunately I have not witnessed this yet. Sometimes I will hear rumors going around about certain people but that is about it.

some people just believe in getting up the ladders as fast as possilbe. they sometimes do it in the expense of other people. usually without realizing it but at times they are back stabbing others on the way up....
