Honestly ive tried a lot of things just to lose weight. I tried to workout, I Tried to take medicines and I even tried to keep myself busy so I wont think for a food. But its all useless especially when Im the one who that cooks our breakfast, lunch and dinner... I Cant control myself tasting it and eat it. Its more enjoyable to eat than you starve yourself to death just to look nice for everyone. Im just tired being tease by someone that im fat. I dont know what to do anymore... anyone can help?

some meds (prescribed) works great but have so many reported side effects. why dun you try a clinically proven product like proactol, it's proven to bind 27% of our dietary fat intake. no reported side effects. http://proven-fat-binders.com it also help reduce your food cravings (look at the how proactol works section) hope it'll work out for you. regards.

Actually many people (especially people in hunger-stricken parts of Africa) would argue that LOSING weight is easier , to maintain any extra faith on the body is what requires extra (food) . You should get motivated by that : stop eating , its really not that dificult , if you try . Think before you eat something : is this something new ? Did I ever taste this before ? If it's not new : Why not try something NEW by not eating ? Try this method , believe me ,when you convince and control yourself you can achieve MIRACLES
