Implants are no different that heels, makeup, or a tattoo. If you feel that you need the augmentation then do it! I believe the only time that implants are a problem is when a person is using them to make up for their self-esteem problems.

I guess they look ok if done in moderation but they do feel odd in a cuddle. I would prefer them left alone. Anyway, it's the nipple that turns me on not what it is attached to so much!

It depends on the person. Like the other posters stated, it's just another cosmetic. Personally, I would love to get some if they weren't so expensive! LOL I know a few people who have gotten them, and they look really good if they are done by a professional doctor.
