Constent Content.com Questions

I just signed up for Constant Content.com and have a couple questions, but there forums take way too long to get a response. The main question I have is about the file type to use. I have all my articles written on MS Word (.doc), but it says they want text files. When I try to use notepad to save them as text files, it screws up all my articles and takes out paragraphs and stretches them across the page. Is there any way to stop this from happening? Can I upload my articles as Rich Text format? Also, how long does it usually take for articles to go through the review process? And for those of you that don't know the site, check it out here: http://www.constant-content.com/?aref=9529

When you put your file into Notepad, there is a drop down menu at the top under Format that lets you turn word wrap on or off. If you turn it on, that will keep your paragraphs from being just one long line. I'm not sure if Constant Content will take RTF or not, as I've only uploaded one of my articles there, and that was many months ago. As for the review process, I don't think mine took more than 3 days, at the most--it was probably even quicker than that! :)

.rtf, .doc and .txt are all acceptable. If you take a look at their blog they talk about the kind of file types they accept their submissions in. Only reason I know this is because I was confused at the start, and tried to sub,it in .odt which they don't accept.
