Nursing

Anyone out there concerned about the nursing field? I for one think that its too much paper work,too many residents on one person & NOT enough help!Anyone else thinks the same thing?

There is to much paper work for nurses to do I agree and not enough hands on with patients. I did a assistant nursing course a while ago and I could not believe how many assignments I had to do, a lot being of no importance at all to hands on nursing. Nurses are over worked an under paid that's for sure and most choose a nursing profession because they want to help people and not be stuck behind a desk all day doing paper work.

I keep waiting for the Heath "care" industry to evolve. They do a few things to actually help people be healthy. Mostly its all based on money. Like the AMA and the isurance companies trying to extract money from each other or something. People should get free massages paid for by insurance companies I think. thats what helps me.
