Just a Note for my MyLot Friends..

I just wanted to take a quick moment to let my MyLot Friends know that I'm not ignoring them or being lazy in replying to their discussions or private messages - I've just been SUPER busy this past week with Jury Duty and my father's 75th birthday (among many things) so I haven't had hardly any time to come and play on MyLot. I promise after Jury Duty is over (hopefully early next week) I will come back and do a whole lot of catching up on your discussions. I've tried really hard to make it a habit to pick out at least 3-5 friends a day and respond to their discussions but I haven't had any free time in the past few days so it might seem like I haven't made an effort.
I'll be back to normal by the end of next week and I'll make it up to all of you.

Please don't delete me from your friends list - I really like all of you!

I hope jury duty is going well, and I wanted to thank you for taking the time to find that craft link for me. The magnets turned out adorable, as did the paper mache box I decoupaged on. I have gone so far as to share that link with another myLot friend who is a girl scout leader, and they will probably do them as well. We all play when we can. I go back to my day job tomorrow.

Likely excuses! You're out there basking on the beach, enjoying the sunshine. LOL! Wouldn't that be nice! :) Hope Jury duty is over peacefully for you. Enjoy yourself a little when you get a chance. Don't worry about us!

Hi Heaven...how's the jury duty going?...a bit longer than you thought it seems.
Please don't worry about this. All of us at some stage will have to give MyLot a miss every now and then for various reasons. It's hard enough to keep up on a good day.
I don't care if my friends respond to me or not. I'm sure if they don't someone else will. You are not my friend/s because you respond to my posts you're my friends because firstly I was curious about you and checked you out and then I liked you and added you or accepted you. Your friendship is unconditional. Simple. Trying to read everything that friends write and respond to everything is impossible if you have more than 10 or so friends.
Besides, you can go for days and not find ANYTHING that motivates you to a response (exaggeration for emphasis);)

Not a bother at all Heaven. I remember you telling us about the jury duty thing. Hope that's going ok for you. We all have times 'm sure when there are other things in our lives that have to take over once in awhile. At least I know that's true for me. I wouldn't ever think you weren't making an effort or delete you from my list. Hope your dad had a nice birthday!

Thanks for updating us, heaven. I tend to worry about my Mylot friedns when I don't hear from them for a couple of days. Two of my favorite Mylot pals haven't been on in over a week and I'm very worried! Good luck with that jury duty.
