Internet Provider(s) Bad vs. Good

What internet provider do you have? Are you happy with them? Who is the worst you have had and who is the best? I have had some bad ones and ready to change mine now. Let me know what you think.

Ive always used cox (or sudenlink as its called now) and its never failed me =p
