No question, I'd give it to the bus driver. My daughter actually found a bank envelope with over $400 in it and returned it to the bus driver. The driver was completely amazed at her actions and told her how wonderful it was to see someone so honest. The person later claimed it and obviously was upset that it had been lost but thrilled it had been found and returned. I would hope if I lost something of mine that someone would be honest enough to turn it in.

Neither i would take it to the police station.
