Job opportunity for biotechnologists

most of the biotechnologists don't get job immediately after their ug programmes. what do you think on that?

The biotech company requires people having sound technical knowledge. Just having overall knowledge we cant work in biotech field. It may create dangerous problems to the world. So the companies expect very good knowlegable oersons. If we satisfy the company with knowledge , We can really get job there.
