christians say's its SUMM SUMM... but Muslims says its MECCA.. Which is true?

In the bible it clearly says that when Abraham's wife sarah has rejected and not willing to accept her servant haggar and her son born of abraham and thrown her in the desert.. when haggar's son felt thirst to death she pleaded to the heavenly father and then god answered her prayer and maid the water flow from a particular spot of the desert.. my question is christian's say's that it is named as SUM SUM were as muslim beleive that it is MECCA which one is true..
