Is anyone else frustrated with them taking our Chacha invites away?

I have been away for a few days and I met someone who is a stay at home mom like me. She has been looking for legit employment from home for awhile now with no luck. I told her about Chacha and she was so excited. It was just what she was looking for. I got back home and went to invite her and found out the chacha invites were closed. I felt really bad having to call her and tell her there was no way I could invite her. In my personal opinion I think Chacha would be better off to allow us to hire people we find that we really believe can do the job and really want to work from home. I don't have any relatives or friends that would do it. They say invite someone you know personally. I meet people who really want to work from home online but I don't know anyone personally. I think they should have us interview prospects instead of insist we know them personally. I also think if they want to phase out the invite system completely they should raise our pay and conduct real interviews and reward those that do perform great searches for them.
