Who is the king of this world?

In our area, there is a tradition. If our new year day falls on a Monday, Moon will be the king of the world. If it falls on a Tuesday, Mars will be the king. This year there is a dispute between astronomers/astrologers who use slightly different sets of two methods of calculations. Consequently, the Govt. declared that the New Year fell on March 19, Monday. Some other prestigious institutions declared that the New Year fell on March 20, Tuesday. For some Moon is the king and for some others Mars is the king. Both of course view that Moon is a weak ruler and if Mars becomes a king, the world's peace and security will be better.
In today's unipolar world, whether we like it or not, Bush is the undeclared king. Who will replace him: Moon or Mars? How he will ensure peace and security?

Whoah, that is soo very deep topic u got there. . . really have no idea about it. .
..... on a lighter side, i would say "Leonardo di Caprio" is the king of the world. IF you get to watch the movie Titanic, u'll understand what i'm talking about. lol (",)
