Can dreams predict the future and link our past life?

I have dreamed of many things that I knew it very significant.Sometimes I see Images in the real world thats's very significant even if it is my first encounter with it...like DeJavu; the difference is I remember people and realted scenarios.Many of my dreams already started to happen!My last dream was: I dreamed of cars going up 90degrees to the rooftop parking lot of my favorite mall..could this happen in the next years? You what do you think about this? Recntly, I've never remembered my dreams anymore, why is it so?Do God, destiny and the past communicate ud trough dreams?
