Do you use the microwave??? / myLot

Microwaves kill necessary organisms to breakdown food,then your body doesnt know what to do with it. Using plastic or styrofoam in a microwave releases dioxins which cause cancer. Hmmmm, food for thought, wouldn't you say?

I do use the microwave but mostly to warm food or heat water if both my gas stoves are occupied. I use the microwave safe materials so do not think t really harmful. Would love to do many more things but really do not like the taste.

Yes I use the microwave all the time. i honestly wouldnt know what to do without it lol. When you need something warm up quickly its great lol. I never use plastic or styrofoam in it though which is a good thing I guess then.
