What do you do at Cha Cha and what does a guide do? Anyway, there should be something at the site that tells you when you sign in about the site, training, messages and so on. Thought from what I read that someone trained and rated you? Good luck with this.

I don't know the answer but, I would like to know what Cha Cha is when you get training done and have time to explain.

I am a Master Cha Cha guide. I just started a little over a week ago, and it's basically a search engine where you can eithier search the information you need yourself, or you can use the 'search with a guide' option and it will connect you with a search guide through instant message who will help you find what you're looking for. How it works is if you get the chance to sign up, (and you can only be invited to sign up by someone who has reached the Master level), you work your way through the levels to get more pay. Apprentice is the first level. On Apprentice you don't get paid, you're just in training mode, until you reach Pro level. You have until 15 training searches in order to reach Pro level, but it could be less depending on if practice and your skills. When you get to Pro, you can get paid up to $5-$10 per search hour. Master is the next level and your pay goes up a notch, but only if you get your keywords to master level also. At Master, you also get to train other guides on their keywords, and you can invite others to join and make a percentage of what they make as guides too. Elite is the last level and you make a bit more up to $10 per search hour. But that's only if the keywords you pick are at the Elite level. For those of you who would like to join Cha Cha, they have closed off invites as of a week ago. I will let you all know when they will be open again. I hope this helps. :)

I am a newbie to chacha also. I have only done one search and it took me 30 minutes! I find it hard to get accustomed to. I probably will be getting an email like that also because I have been a member for like 2 weeks. I just can't seem to get a grasp o it although I seriously want to. I will be watching this discussion to see your responses. Thanks!
