Does anyone else do this?

Sat we went out for St Patty Day. I ended up drinking so much! I don't go out often, but when I do it seems I plan on having a couple of beers and end up doing shots with my husband and his friends. I was down and out all day Sunday with a massive hangover. Anyone else party way too much?

yes, but i can kow when to stop. i love going out with friends and haveing a few drinks. there is no harm in it and an occasional hangover is ok.

Fortunately, I cannot relate as I do not drink. To be honest, I don't think any of my drinking friends drink excessively more on St. Patrick's Day either. How did this day get associated with drinking anyway? Isn't it just to celebrate the coming of the spring?
