First Born

I recently gave birth and am happy to have a girl as my first born. I'm just wondering, how does it feel like to have a second or a third? Does it feel the same way? Is the anticipation/excitement the same? How about the love that you feel, is it as intense as with your first baby?

Oh my yes...all the feelings are still there. As a mom, you are capable of loving all your children just as instensly as the firstborn or the baby of the family. I was just as excited wtih my last baby (who just turend a year in Jan) as I was with my first (who turns 16 in Sept). I couldn't wait to hold them, smell them, count their fingers and toes, kiss the tops of their heads...nothing changes as you go on. That love is still there as strong as it was in the beginning if not stronger. Congrads on your new baby!!!
