Has any one had the experience of travelling on the footboard in jam packed buses in your local area? I had the experience of travelling on the footboard and missed falling off the bus once I was loosing control and the bus had to stop in a signal and that gave me an oppurtunity to relax a bit and then get back on the board. Any experiences and I will not suggest people to do this coz I saw a youngster dying falling from a train.

I embarked on this experience once when I was much younger. All buses leading to the city were full and I have to be home before midnight. The conductor pulled me in though, how thankful I was, he said women may never do that because, we do not have the strength of men.

I have seen many people here do this, but I have never been tempted. I would rather walk than hang on by my toenails to a fast-moving, swerving chicken bus! Once, I saw a man hanging off the edge of the bus, with a baby in his arm. It was a very scary sight. Luckily a woman inside the bus offered to hold the baby so it would be safe. I hate to imagine what would have happened if that man had lost his grip with his child in one arm.

I live in the USA and this would not be allowed here due to the danger of it !If you even tried to do it you would probably be arrested !
