How should one file an eviction

I was leasing a house with the option to buy and the owner sole the house and told us that we had to have our things out of the home by the 10th of october. on the 8th of october she went into the home bagged up our belongings and placed them on the side of the road, changed all the locks leaving the things that she could not move still in the home.

Yeah that is definately not legal at all. I would go and talk to a lawyer about that. Or you should have called the police that day. You could probably still call the police dept if some of your things are still in the house
