Hi, Yang! I know it's hard to discipline yourself in doing some things. I know this for a fact. My problem is not with my weight. It has to do with my sleeping habits. I got used to sleeping from the wee hours of the morning and I would wake up only in the afternoon. I tried to do something about it. For the past 2 days, I forced myself to get up early and to jog in our neighborhood's playground. I can now sleep early and I'm beginning to feel good about myself. Why not create a plan regarding your weight problem? You might want to make a 2-week menu and exercise plan. Force yourself to stick to it for 2 weeks. I am saying 2 weeks because I heard that once you consistently do something for 2 weeks, after that period, you no longer have to force yourself to do it. You would naturally get used to it and it would become a habit. Plan a menu consisting of healthy foods and try to eat often (you don't have to starve yourself) but in little amounts. Try exercising in the morning. You can start with simple activities such as walking or jogging around your neighborhood. Once your body gets used to the physical activity, you can resort to more strenuous stuff like aerobics, tae-bo or pilates. Everything worth doing is difficult at the beginning. Just focus on the result you want to achieve. This will motivate you to do the things that you think are difficult to do.
