how much DO YOU LOVE YOURSELF ???

I believe you are not capable of loving the people around you if you in the first place don't feel good about yourself. I love myself and I'm taking care of myself that is why I'm capable of extending my love to my family, friends and to all who are close to me.

Every person loves themselves.When any one says bad things to you then you cry.Why?because you love yourself.It hurts to you that somebody has said bad things to you.Similarly,all the feelings of anger,ego,jealousy comes to humans because we all love ourselves.We expect love & attention from the people whom we love .so by giving love we want to get the same treatment from others.This is Human psychology.I am a qualified in Psychology.

It is very important for us to give time and attention to ourselves i.e. our health. Very often we neglect to take care of ourselves. Problems related to health should be taken care of immediately otherwise in some cases they tend to flare up. Some diseases like cancer if treated in the initial stages lead to a complete cure otherwise it is next to impossible to treat them. At the same time, one must give enough attention to our near and dear ones.
