My little dog always want to play with me. Of course I like to play with her but not every time. I have many other things to do, like studying, playing computer games,cooking... My dog don't care what I am doing. She just run around me and bite my shoes or my jeans. When that happens, what do you do?

our dog likes to play a lot with us and we also play with her too. when we are busy we tell her to stop and call her name out angrily. since she is a pitbull she wouldnt care about us calling her and would still want to play with us, so we carry a shock collar so shell know that what we mean by stop is. when she finds us not paying attention to her because we are busy, then shell just sit down. until we finish, well play with her for a little while.

We have 2 dogs so we really don't have a problem with play time. Tara is still quite young and she likes a lot of attention. I take an hour out of my day and we just have a doggie hour. It is important to play with them but it needs to be on our terms. Kai is older so he chooses his time wisely. Tara gets very jealous when I pay attention to Kai. So I usually just end up crawling around on the floor with the 2 of them. Tara gets bored easily so sometimes I just take her out for another walk. Give her something to do. We have a crate for Tara. We got this from the breeder when we picked her up. If we need to do something we put her in the crate to keep her safe and out of the way. She just goes to sleep. It gives us time for ourselves and I get the cleaning done.

I had pity on my little dog when she was in the crate. She's four month old. She doesn't like to stay in the crate. Every time I put her in the crate she seems unhappy. But I have other things to do. If I let her out when I am doing something else, she always finds some bad things to do. I like to take her out for a walk. But she likes to eat something that are not clean. Will she not eat dirty things after she grows up? I don't know. By the way, my little dog's name is Dingding. I like her very much.

I love playing with my dogs. I wish I have a fence yard so I can let me them run around without leash.

I have a new puppy and two other dogs. They know when it is time to play because either I will sit on the floor and have one of their toys or I will go out in the back yard with them and I will start the play. If they start jumping on me at other times I give them a firm no and they know that it is not play time and are just fine with it. I think it is important that they know the difference because you don't want them jumping on people when they come into your home. Just start setting aside play time and give them lots of good attention when you are playing with them. They will learn the difference if you are consistant about play time verses not play time. I can tell you by doing this they seem to really enjoy our time together more.

Wow!You have a yard. I don't have a yard now. I wish I will have one too someday. Then my dog will have a better place to play.
