Try to find forums that have topics on beauty or something similar and post to them with your blog URL in you r signiture. Make a banner and go here http://www.megaspinner.com/megaspinner.cgi?mikeb53 and put your banner up for free. Putting your blog link here was a good start.

There are a number of different search sites you can list with. Also, post a blog banner on any other personal sites like myspace or friendster. Also, try and post your blog banner on sites that deal with the same issues as your blog does. Target groups that are interested in what your blog deals with.
