are you afraid of insects

I am very much afraid of spiders. Their shape gives me shiver, even if I see them on TV or in moives I close my eyes. Just can't stand them. It happened to me so many times that when suddenly I saw a spider, I skipped a heart-beat. Good that I did not die........lol
What about you all, I sure all of us are afraid of some insects...let me see how many more hate spiders like me. I don't even want to upload a picture of Spider.........ekkkkkkkkks.......

It's weird but I find insects fascinating. The way they blend in their environment, their nature, how they live and die, simple and normal facts about them. I am more afraid of rats than insects.

I too am afraid of spiders. I think it comes from when I was very young and wore glasses. I woke up one morning and there was something on my arm. I put on my glasses, and saw it was a huge daddy long legs. Ever since then I've had problems even looking at spiders.

Boooooooooooooooo!!!, you gave me a shiver.......huge daddy long legs.........and with glasses you must have seen it even more huge....I swear, I can die with this fear of spiders.......lets not discuss it any more.......I wish all the spiders of this earth vanish and we never never have to see them again.

AS crazy as it sounds, I would prefer to be locked in a room with a kill Pitbull then be put in a room full of insects. I'm terrified of insects, and I'm a man who is truly not scared of much. They freak me out big time, and think it's a case of being scared of the unknown. For the most part they are all ugly and who knows what effect they can have on you if bit. Oh, hell no!!! ... Bring on the Pitbull:-)

My son is very scared of moths....and I keep telling him, you are boy, you should be strong , men don't get afraid of insects......lol, if he will now read what you have written, he will laugh at me. You seem to be just like my son....lol. Also I wish you get strong wife, who will kill all the insects, because if you are afraid, then she has to strong, otherwise neighbours will come to save both of you.....lol ..just joking.... well men are also human beings and have soft heart....so I hope you never never come across any insect....and also I don't want you to get killed by pitbull.....lol..thanks for your reply.

I'm afraid of lizards, when ever i see them anywhere in my house i will try to get rid of them as soon as possible else they may spoil my sleep for that day. I will be worried all night when they may fall on me.
Most usual channel which my family members use to watch is discovery, animal planet or national geography channel. Some times when i see those colour colour insects i just feel sick in my stomach and feel like puking( sorry if this word hurts anyone). I just leave that place as soon as possible so that i won't watch them.

I am like you very much!I am afraide of spiders and i don't like at all....all those legs...man!!!yuk!!
When i was kid a uncle of mine scared me with a spider and from then i have a big fobia...
...but you have to agree is very dangerous even for who don't have this problem...it is not easy to be bitten even from a not venom spider...
