Yakitate!! Japan is a semi-educational series Following The Challenges of a young boy,Azuma Kazuma, as he tries to create a national bread for Japan, “Japan” (a pun on “pan” meaning bread). With “solar hands” allowing accurate control of yeast fermentation. What Do You Think About This Manga?

Yeah This anime is so cool. I learned a lot about kind of bread and baking. I cant imagine those awesome breads would exist. If those Exist Ill eat em up!! It also has a good humor and an informative thing about bread, ingredients, style, etc.

I'd say, Two Thumbs Up! I've read the manga and seen the anime, still doing both as my work gets in my way of watching the latest series. lol. I've known that some of the breads in the story are tried and sold in Japan. Can't say if the effects are same like the characters experienced though. lol.

I havent read the manga for this. I have watched the anime series of Yakitate Japan and I find it to be very interesting. As I have watched more episodes, I find lots of hilarious antics and issues about bread making and some rivalries. This anime series has 69 episodes but it gained an award on 2004, the 2004 Shogakukan Manga Prize for best Manga. I have discovered that "Yakitate" means freshly baked! This concludes that Yakitate Japan is Freshly baked Japan, which Azuma was trying to do. Create a Japan bread!
