Sometimes. I am in front of a computer for 6 hours at work, and then I go home and jump on the computer for a little longer because of school and my other job. I probably spend something like 8-9 hours a day in front of a computer.
I take a lot of breaks. Here at work I tend to walk to the water cooler a lot, or do some paperwork to get away from the computer. At home, I'll go into the kitchen and read or just lay in bed for some rest.

I find that with an old fashioned style monitor I can see the screen flickering all the time and it makes my eyes ache.
I make sure I take regular screen breaks, either just go for a quick walk, make a drink, or take a comfort break once every hour.
With the new style LCD screens I can use the computer all day without getting eye strain as long as the lighting is good.
