Aircraft Apprentice Assessor and mentor

I am looking for courses to give me the skills required to manage and assess aircraft engineering apprentices.I have been an aircraft on the job training instructor for 10 years and would like to take thos new role. I would be grateful for any help and advice anyone could give me.
