Is there a way to make bitmap files jpegs without going into paint?

I have god a good fifty screenshots and i was about ti uplaod them into mylot. Then i heard: Sorry upload failed. SO i went into paint made it a jpeg and it went fine and dandy. But it takes a good fifty second to change it. This is a problem when you have to change around fifty! Can anyone help!
