Russia has informed Iran that it will withhold nuclear fuel for Iran's nearly completed Bushehr nuclear power plant unless Iran suspends it's uranium enrichment as demanded bythe United Nations Security Council. Iran has rejected the proposals, saying it has the right to enrish uranium on it's own territory as part of the NPT. Do you think Iran has the right to enrich uranium?
