I have started my diet as usual and I intend to walk 6 miles every other day. So the goal is to loose 25 pounds. It doesn't seem like a lot but if it is stuck on it is stuck on and I almost want to liposuck it away. But I like exercise to I have until June 1st to take it off.

Each popular diet has its share of successes and failures. The best weight loss diet is one that will help you to eat less, eat healthy and exercise more. I have helped people follow Atkins and Eat Right 4 Your Type and Zone diets. No single diet will work perfectly for everyone, but these are the diets I prefer. If you crave sugars then Atkins is a good choice, Zone is great for someone who wants a balanced diet. The blood type diets are great...especially for Type A's who don't do well with an Atkins diet. If you are very active, a high carbohydrate diet may be good, just be sure not to cut out the healthy Omega three fats. There are other diets that are effective, like The South Beach diet, which is a low carb diet, similar to Atkins. Avoid the Crash diets which claim to help you lose several pounds in a short time. These diets are tough to fit into a healthy lifestyle, and you usually gain the weight back in a short time.

Hi Some one told me about Southbeach and I am trying it now. Thanks for the comment because I know I must have meat or I look sick. I take omega three because I don't and cannot eat fish every day nor salads every day which my Dr recommends.
