If you had the chance to go to Ireland would you? Why?

I would if I could somehow magically get there by teleport instead of a plane. That's such a long flight and I HATE traveling so much. The car rentals, the luggage, the lines, the waiting, the crowds, the maps, ugh.

I would go if given the chance. I would like to go to as many places as I could in my life. The pictures I have seen of Ireland are just beautiful.

I would love to go to Ireland to see where my ancestors lived.But at this time I don't know where they were born in Ireland.Thats what I am working on now an trying to find out where in Ireland they lived.. And what ship they came over on and the year they came too..

Good luck with your project. Maybe you will be one of the lucky one's and find out where your roots started. I wouldn't even know where to start looking since everybody who would know is no longer with me.

Yes, my cousins went there, and loved it. They have been back several times since. Our great, great,great grandfathers were from there, and there are ruins of an old castle that once belonged to our family. The pictures my cousin sent me are unbeivably beautiful.

your cousins are so lucky. I wish somebody would send me actual photos of Ireland the only ones I have are all in my head, you of what I think it would look like. I also heard I have Irish blood in me, another reason I want to go there.

I could not imagine not going if given the chance. It is one of my top 3 travel destinations. The countryside is beautiful, then you have the pubs, and most of all the Guinness brewery.

I have heard that it is beautiful. But so far the only time I get to go is through a book, lol. I read everything I can get my tiny hands on about Ireland. I don't think I would want to spend winter there though I read it can get really really cold there and I can't stand the cold here. But I plan to go there some day and see for myself where my people came from. I used to hate my red hair until my grandma told me where I got it from, now I love it.
