I am not cooking currently as it is rather early here in the morning. But the last thing I had cooked was meatballs & rice. What I did was I poured sweet & sour sauce over top of the meat balls & then cooked them that way. Then put them on top of a bed of rice & then poured a little bit more sweet & sour sauce. My other half was just in heaven when I made this dish. It was okay for me since I didn't have a big appetite. But it was still rather delicious for a meal! Afterwards I as well ended up baking some chocolate chip cookies. As I wanted my other half to have something to take with him as apart of his lunch for a snack. Those turned out really good in my opinion. And half of them are already gone! So I can't say what I am cooking right now quite honestly because it is to early here in the morning. And I am not at all hungry, nor is anyone else within the house. So I listed instead the things I had made before hand! What kind of omelet did you cook? What did you put in it? I know I'd love to make omelets someday soon for my other half & me. You gave me a great idea so thank you! I plan on making an omelet for breakfast for us someday soon or even for supper as a meal! . . Thanks for allowing me to share! xx

It's after ten at night, so I'm not cooking at the moment. Earlier, I made myself a really good vegi burger, with Muenster cheese, pickles, tomatoes, onion, and sprouts, on a whole wheat burger bun. By the way, I love omlets..I need to make one soon.

I'm not cooking anything right now, but about an hour ago we made walnut chocolate chip cookies. Not homemade or anything, just the kind out of the package. They were really good. I made my boyfriend take the leftovers home because I didn't want to eat them all!
