lack of sleep.

What happens to people that cause them to loose sleep? More importantly, what do they do when that happens? I think that the biggest cause is that we are all lazy. Very few of us exorcise these days and most of the time a lack of exhoustion leads to us having abundant energy at the end of the day. But when we are left to our own devices in the middle of the night with potnetially everything or nothing left for us to be entertained with, what do we choose? Most of the time its TV or video game, only perpetuating the problem. But sometimes we read books, which also can further the problem. But once in a while we do things that actually expend energy. I personally suffer from lack of sleep more then I care to admit. But when I find myself lying awake at night, I find I have a few options. Eat a snack, read a book, play a video game, get on the internet, draw, write, or simply continue to lie there and do nothing. I often read, findign that I would rather fill my head with creative and carefully written fantasy as oppose to dulling my creative juices with repetative button bashing. But in the past few nights, I have been compelled to draw. Art has always been one of my passions, but I am sad to say that I fell from that for a time due to disinterest. I recently have found my creative spark once again, and my muse, by ironic coincidence, is lack of sleep and staying up late. What do you do when caught with the unshakable waking state that you cant espace? What remedies or activities do you seek out to make things productive or decrease in frequency? Whatever the actions you take, I have come to anticipate these late night inspirations that grant me my love of art. My freedom of expression. I used to wander the house for houres and houres doing literally nothing productive. But thankfully I have found an alternative. And now that I have fully gone in at least on circle, I will stop for the night. Later!

I agree with your opinion. An man has to sleep 7 hours daily. Nowadays the working hours are more and therefore no time for sleep. It may lead to headache, loose concentration etc.

It could be just Physical. Like a problem with storative energy due to the foods we eat or how well we take care of our bodies. I used to be a classified insomniac. I would stay awake for a week at a time and black out for four hours and then start all over again. But since i changed my diet and became healthier i sleep like any normal person. Ive heard teeth problems can be the lead in lack of sleep. Not even if they hurt just if they arent well taken care of. And youd never know if it was your teeth that was doing it.
