Does it take you awhile to get to sleep? Do you sleep all the way through the night or wake up frequently? What do you do to improve your sleep? I really don't get that great of sleep anymore normally only when my boyfriend is over thats when i get great sleep but when he isn't here not soo good how ever i do love the whole bed with out him there. But when i can't get to sleep fast then i normally take a sleeping aid what about you?

Your just like my girlfriend,when i'm beside her,she sleeps like a baby and when i'm gone she cant sleep. And i when i sleep i sleep all the way trough the night,very rarely i get up in the middle of the night. I actually dont have a problem to sleep.

yeah well my boyfriend doesn't live with me but he is only here on the weekends grr im so mad i need to find some way to get to sleep

Actually that's is my problem too. I do have an insomnia and its really hard for me to sleep well at night. I dunno, they said its psychological and i think yea it is. There's a tendency that its really hard for me to catch a good sleep coz there's a lot of things that lingering on my mind. For some reasons that i dont know why, there's so many things that keep on flashing on my mind and i cant help but to think about it thought i dont have to. There's also an tendency that i dont wanna take a nap before bed time coz i wanna reserve it till the best time for me to sleep comes. But then, even its bedtime now, it is still hard for me to sleep. It really su**s my life for about 6months now. I am not sure how to cure it but im doing such a lot of efforts just to over come this insomnia of mine. I wanna share with you something that im doing, for me to get a well rounded sleep at night. I am not taking pills bydway just to help me to sleep well coz i dont wanna be dependent with it. What im doing is that, i always make sure that im feeling tired before sleep time so that, it would be easy for me to sleep right away. Sounds like im desperate huh? Well yeah i think so. But that the only thing i know to help me out of my insomnia. Have a nice day ahead!

I was doing really bad in the sleep department, could not fall asleep, could not stay asleep. Was exhasuted all of the time. I recently started Melatonin and Black Cohosh. You are way to young to need the Black Kohosh, but you may want to try the Melatonin, I still wake up for the bio-break at about 5, but then I can fall back to sleep in a reasonable amount of time. If you get the melatonin, make sure it has calcium in it. I was told the body need it to help in the absobtion of melatonin,

Most the time it doesnt take me awhile to get to sleep Only if i have caffine with dinner then i cant get to sleep. Usually by the time 930-10pm rolls around im exhausted and fall asleep pretty easy, i am usually up by 445am so i have time to wake up,check the computer and get ready for work before i have to go in.

I sleep all the night coz i rarely wake up in the night. And i take some water and sleep. I need 8 hrs of sleep atleast.If i had to go early for work sometime then i go to bed also early. I think sleep is a gift of God. I think taking a glass of warm water will give good sleep

Sometimes I wake up frequently in the night and after a while I fall into asleep again.
