Movie Vs. Book

I thought the book was much better than the movie. I think if the movie would have stayed almost 100% into everything the book said then it may have been better. Like the way the cop dies, was too boring in the movie (although the book death disturbed me to my very core). And the fact that in the book we never really got to know the cop, I think the movie shouldnt have shown anything other than what was going on in that house, but instead it had parts from the investigation and stuff (no no! lol). Also I think it would have been neat if while the man was typin his story, Misery, the movie should have shown it...kind of like a flash into his story. It would have been neat to see it. What are your opinions?

The book is so much better than the movie. I was quite dissapointed because they didn't follow the story. When I got my hands on the book I couldn't stop reading, that's how well written it is. The movie isn't so thrilling. If you only saw the movie, you should definately read the book.

Oh I read the book first--LOVED IT. I was so excited to see the movie after I read it, but what a disappointment! They changed so much!! The scene int he book where she kills that young cop that shows up at her house and the next part where the author see's him crawling down the stairs kept me up!! I could not sleep! The part in the movie when she kills the cop? DUMB/BLAND. I think if they redid this movie and follow the book more it would be AWESOME! (Have you had a chance to read Under the Dome by King)?
