My favorite breakfast is rice, dried fish and egg, pineapple juice and coffee. After breakfast, I smoke. I'm full and ready to start working.

No offense, but your breakfast sounds disgusting! Unfortunately for me, most mornings i hace to have a protein shake for breakfast. We're not talking one of those yummy soy shakes. We are talking a pre-made up shake in a can called Purre Protein. i really hate it. Some mornings i am lucky enough to be able to have something else. i really like cottage cheese with Chalulah sauce in it and sourdough toast with pumpkin spice spread on it.

no, i'm not offended in any way. It's a culture thing. I Filipino love to eat something heavy in the morning to have energy for the day. Eating rice with some meat or fish on the side has actually been a tradition in my hometown. It keeps us full until lunch. I was always having bread and cheese for breakfast and now that I've more free time, I get to eat more like a queen. hehehe. I mean I don't really like the taste of toast or bread, no offense. Everywhere in the PHilippines you can see bakeries selling assorted bread. It's disgusting. No offense.

I normally don't have breakfast. I know that it's not the healthiest option, but i am not really hungry in the early morning.

Most of the time, I will just have fruit juice or some grapefruit, followed by Special K cereal. Occasionally, I'll have a slice of toast, and maybe once a week, I'll have toast with a poached egg or two on top, bacon, griddled tomatoes and mushrooms, and maybe even a sausage might be added to that if I'm in the mood for a big breakfast. Grapefruit will be my starter if I choose the full English breakfast and I drink two to three cups of tea. Brightest Blessings.

I am not the type who eats breakfast but goes directly for brunch. When I was in the Phil before, I love to eat tocilog (tocino, rice and eggs) or fried rice with egg and fish. But here in the US,it is hash brown, pancakes, eggs and sausage. So, it is quite heavy for me, I eat it much later so I can have brunch.

Usually I'm not a big breakfast eater as I can't really stomach anything for a few hours after I've got up. My favourite is muffins and jam though mmm can't beat it!

I like cereal either hot of cold. A banana and a glass of orange juice. I think it all depends on where you grow up and what you are used to as to what you have for breakfast. Dried fish just doesn't sound appealing for breakfast for me.

Sounds like a heavy breakfast to me! I have a berry smoothie with coconut oil and protein powder, for maximum nutrition value and a good start of the day

On weekday, I am always rushing to send the kids to school and getting to work. And breakfast is just sandwich and cup of cofee that I grab from the company cafeteria. On Weekend, time is with me and I will cooked my family favorite breakfast, Sunny side up egg, bacon, ham and bake bean and with a cup of freshly brew coffee.

Usually my breakfast is dinner. My day starts the same time as my husband's does. Which is up at 2:30 pm make whatever it is we have decided on for dinner that day. Stay up til the husband comes home around 4:30 - 5 am than go to bed. Though when I did have a normal morning schedule I like to have a bowl of Special K with strawberries cereal, a banana or an orange. Maybe on a rare occasion make some blueberry pancakes with hashbrowns and scrambled eggs with a glass of orange juice. Yum now I am hungry..lol

I have fruit followed by porridge and sometimes toast. Occasionally I have a coffee or sometimes fruit juice. I could never smoke though, I don't know how people can do that.

I have oatmeal for breakfast each day. I dont know why I dont change. You see I have 15 fillings in my mouth so cold cereal crunches and hurts. I am tired of bagels and I use the english muffkins as a snack. So yeah oatmeal is best for and my teeth. Its easy and goes down quick as well!

Unfortunately, I tend to skip breakfast. I work the afternoon shift and usually wait until the last pooible minute to get out of bed and ready for work. I should take a second and at the very least put a bowl of cold cereal into my system and give it something to do until lunchtime.
