do you already undergone a pap smear for this year? it is very important for us ladies.. some of us knows the value of having our pap smear once a year for a certain reason of course..

yup, i already had my pap smear lst february. i usually have it on the first quarter of the year and i make sure that i had undergone this before my birthday so that i can celebrate it and will say that i'd have another wonderful year ahead of me. thanks for the reminder :) same thing next year...

Thanks for the reminder. We certainly need to have our tests done even once a year. To keep us healthy and prevent infections.
