i usually have some coffee then take a shower.
i just try to relax a little bit before dinner.

Coffee before dinner ..that is different..but I would too love the idea of hot coffee in the evening..Only I wouldnt sleep at night if I took it in the evening. Relaxing is something I have to do when I am finished working.

well i work from my home, so when i am finished with work, I usually straighten up the house, then take a shower and then go pick up my son from daycare. Yes i know i work from home, but work policy states that my son needs to be with a sitter in or out of my home.

Wow..that must be hard..I work from home..course I don't have kids..I wonder if I would have to put my kids at a sitter's house?+

that would be something you would have to check with you work. I mean once he gets a little older (like when he start kindergarten) he will not need a sitter. because my mom and grandmother said they would help out on days that school is closed or if i need to run into the office for the day.

Being that i work overnights 11p-9am is have breakfast and relax a little bit and then take my bath and rest.My kids are in school so i have plenty of time to relax,but when the summer is here thats another story.

That is a very late shift..Although..It's probably the best..what kind of work do you do?? I know folks with children very little relax completely..Seems they have a million and one questions they want to ask when you decide to relax..don't they?_=+

After I get home from work I take a shower make some coffee for my husband and me. Then I read the newspaper and start supper. Watch a little tv,and go on the computer for a while than go to bed.

You sure a little bit of everything on your platter for the evening.. Sounds like you treat your hubby well..Feed them well and they will always be happy ..I hear..:)+

I fix dinner and watch some TV. I might go outside and take a walk by the river if its nice. I don't work outside of my house either. So, sometimes I feel I am stuck here, especailly in winter and early spring when its still cold. Today it was cold so I took a nap. lol

After I get home I normally deposit my stuff, like cellphone, wallet and keys somewhere by the computer and then I head to my room and change into some comfy lounge-around-the-house clothes before grabbing something to drink and feeding the cats.

After I get home from work, I usually open whatever mail I received and go through that first. I check to see if I have bills to pay or maybe received a letter from a family or friend. After checking my mail, I usually go and use my computer and use myLot and check my emails really quickly before having dinner and watching some tv.

In my job, my shift ends at 11pm. After which, I would still ride a vehicle to go home. Well, I usually stay outside our house first. I love to eat anything. I would go to the noodle restaurant. And then, I will drop by at the chicken soup restaurant. Then, I will go home and go straight to my room. I will immediately clean myself up. Brushing my teeth and washing my face would be my activities after. I will send text messages to all my loved ones and bid them goodnight and sweet dreams. I will prepare my bedding after. It's sleeping time after all.

When I worked outside of the home the first thing I did when I got home from work was change out of my work clothes. Being in something more comfortable seemed to set the tone for the rest of the evening. It was almost like I couldn't relax until I had 'shed my skin' from the day.
Now that I work from home, the end of my work day is when my husband gets home from work. He and my son start in on their evening rituals like changing clothes, getting the mail, tossing a ball together which gives me some downtime. I like to take the Starbucks drink that he usually has brought home for me and sit somewhere comfy for a few minutes to just enjoy it. My favorite comfy place to do this is on my back patio, where I enjoy just looking around at the backyard. In the winter or bad weather, I plop down in a huge comfy chair under the reading lamp and enjoy some light reading - usually a magazine.
