What do you think of myLot? It is for earning? Or a networking?

I've just join myLot and particularly im a newbie here. Generally what many of us reasons in joining myLot is to earn money while you are at home and at your convenience. But did anybody here realize why myLot is doing this kind of concept? Who is behind this site? How can a certain website pay you a kind of money for just creating and joining a topic. Basically you can create a topic for a 100 in just one day. But what will you get from that. A 100 bucks. On my opinion myLot create this one to make people realize how important to participate in a discussion. This make us realize that we are a part of a community. mylot creates a communitty that let us share are views in every things we have done experience. Let me know your thoughts guys.....
