Favorite recipe of a Food Network chef?

Have you guys made any really good recipes that you've gotten off the Food Network? One of my favorites is the "Lemon Blossoms" recipe from Paula Deen. I've made them for parties, showers, etc and they are always a HUGE hit. They're great right after you make them, but they're even better the next day! What are your favorites?
