communication gap

I am happily married from past 3 years. We love each other a lot. But my husband recently changed his job. Now his work hours are so long that we dont' get time to communicate. It makes me very frustrated. He comes late at night. He don't even get time to go at family functions. It makes me sick. Do you ever face this situation. What do you do to overcome?

When husband is too busy, it is time to get your own life. Find your own hobbies, interests, friends and get out to do things on your own. Don't let life pass you by because your husband works too much!

what kind of job does he has now? maybe because he has a goal to achieve for you and your family. you just have to tell him to open the communication wall so that even if does not attend family functions or goes home late at night you will understand. Talk to your husband once in a while to avoid misunderstanding and just in case you just miss you husband..tell him he should have at least a day for family and a day for you maybe after every 2 weeks if possible.Goodluck!
