help me

hi members i am 20 year old.my problem is that i am too thin.i eat much but that does not work.shoould i take some drud for it or consult some physicion?

Eat more fatty food like milk,cheease,icecream,butter.increase the quantity of food that you are eating.do exercise every day that will help you in gaining weight.

I think a slim body is not a serious issue to be thought over right now at the age of 18 or 20. Because I have seen so many boys & girls who were too thin at this age went obese in the later age after marriage or girls going extremly obese after giving birth to first child itself. So what I want to suggest you is that you should not worry about your slim body unless you have some health problem as such. If your medical check predicts you as a healthy status then just be happy with the given structure whatever is at present. I caould have suggested you so many weght gain remedies but its not the correct age when you should think of, It's only a worrying thing if you are too thin even after the marriage or after the child birth. Gaining weight is easy but it is almost next to impossible when you go obese. Your weight in pounds should be twice the inches your height; i.e. if you are 65" high then your weight should be 130 pounds or 130/2.2 = 60kgs approximately. Wish you a good health.

If you don't want to get on a prescription type of medicine, try adding a milkshake to you diet once a day. If that doesn't work, try writing down everything you eat for a few days and then get you a book that lists the calorie count of foods and list the calories each thing you have eaten has in it. If your calorie count for each day is too low, add some higher calorie snacks. If this doesn't work, I would say it is time to consult your doctor. Most people can gain or lose at will by controlling the number of calories they take in so give that a try first.
