one episode, and one episode only, i believe its either season 8 or season 9 when homer goes to the chilli cook off, and in an attempt to smite him, chief wiggum places mind altering mexican chilli's in his chilli, homer has to cover his tongue in candle wax to eat it but then has a complete out of body experience... classic

well der a quite a few favorite simpsons episodes as dey r just gr8 and crazy.... gd knws hw dey make it up.....my fav one was homer smokes weed....and a recent one wich i watched yesterday was wen bart goes 2 the rap concert nd fakes it dat hes been kidnappd... simpsons i must say is one unique cartoon nd u cannot get bored if u watch it over nd over again.:)

Mines is the one when homer lets lisa take the bus to the museum and when he is trying to save her, he says i know i am not a praying man but superman please save me. Amazing and the simpsons keeps getting better and better, so lets hope it continues for years and years to come.

oh man, thers sooooo many. But the one that popped up in my head first was the one homer smokes weed. It clearly shows what would happen to a drunk if he starts smoking. and the donovan music was the icing on the cake.

Mine is unquestionably the take on 'Cape Fear'. Side Show Bob is the greatest comedy character ever.

My favourite episode is when it goes through like homer bart and lisa view.

I'm Surprised not many have replied here. Well my favorite episode is one that just viewed a couple of days ago. its the one where Moe the bartender becomes Maggie's new dad. its just so funny i want to watch it again and again.
